Accounts Executive

Pave Group is seeking an Accounts Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations across our Singapore and Malaysia entities, with payroll responsibilities extending to Indonesia. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle, run multi-country payroll, and prepare the entities' year-end accounts for review by external auditors and tax agents. This is a fully remote role suited to someone who is self-directed and comfortable working independently across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle for the Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Process monthly payroll for Singapore and Malaysia, including statutory contributions (CPF; EPF, SOCSO and EIS).
• Process monthly payments to Indonesia-based contract staff from Singapore.
• Perform month-end close and prepare year-end accounts, liaising with external auditors and tax agents through to completion of statutory filings.
• Ensure both entities remain compliant with local statutory and tax requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field (or part-qualified ACCA / equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in full-set accounts, ideally across more than one entity or jurisdiction.
• Working knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia statutory and payroll requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
